Hope everyone had a great Christmas!!

We had a wonderful holiday. My inlaws arrived Saturday afternoon. We all went to have a family picture taken. We ate at Red Lobster while waiting for the photos to be ready.

Sunday, we went to the movies.. saw Night at the Museum. It was a cute movie. Then home for dinner ( my mil made a yummy lasagna) and to watch the Bengals play. ( they had a really bad game, and may have cost them a trip to the playoffs!).. The kids each opened one present (pjs as usual) and off to bed they went. The grownups stayed up and played some games.
We got up around 7am Christmas morning. It took us about 3 hours to open all the gifts. The kids ripped through their Santa presents, then we took turns opening them 1 or 2 at a time so every one can see what each other is getting. The kids loved everything they got, and they got a ton of stuff! I got a Tom Tom and a pink ipod, along with some work clothes ( bengal pj pants) and a lot of little stuff. We lounged around the house the rest of the day eating, playing, and just chatting.. It was such a nice day.

Tues morning, my sil and I got up and hit the store at 7am. Target was a madhouse! but we got in, got out, and got some great deals. Then on to Kohls, which they had an awesome sale and it wasnt so crazy in there. Next we hit up the mall, got a few things. We decided we are going to make this an annual tradition. We went to Cracker Barrel with the rest of the clan, then the inlaws all headed back home. It was a great holiday season, and while I am glad to be done with it all and get life (and the house) back to normal... I cant wait till next year to do it all again.
