My week, past and present...

I am finally on the mend from being sick.. my voice is still scratchy but atleast it is back and my throat isnt sore. Kids got report cards. Jacob had a B (89%) in science and the rest A's ( all were 95% or higher). Joey doesnt get letter grades yet, but he had E's in all the main catagories, and2 S's in the subcatargoires ( like writing mechanics, yet he had an E in handwriting). Jess doesnt have grades at all. SHe has 3 catagories (mastered, working on, or needs improvement) She had a few things mastered, and everthing else was working on. I had a conference with her teacher. She said Jess is doing well for a young 5.. She loses interest in some of the longer lessons, which is to be expected She really commented on how social she is and how she isnt intimidated by the boys or other kids in the class. Her best friend in the class also the shyest girl in the class that wont talk to anyone but Jess. She said Jess is a good influence for Caci.

Jacob had a bi week so no football for him. Joey played his game this afternoon. THey played sloppy and won 21-0 ( the team they beat was 0-7) but with this win, we are now the division champs!!!! They have a tough game next week, then the playoffs will start.

I picked up 8 hrs this week at work. Just short little shifts. My folks will be coming in at the end of the week for the weekend. Thats about all the news.
